Raster Graphics Editor

I'm looking for a raster graphics editor.

Once I knew the Corel Photopaint app under Windows. Now I miss it so much.

I know, there's GIMP and Krita, but I dont like both.

Features I want:

• object (not layer) paradigm
• normal, stable and simply working object (ok, layer) and whole image resizing/resampling with a buch of algorithms we can find in IrfanView or just simple and stable algorithm like in Photopaint (it only offers to antialias or not, but it works superfine)
• JPEG/GIF export (and import, of course)
• normally working, editable text layers featuring font anti-aliasing options (imagine, I need to disable it for one of my projects - but in Krita and GIMP I cannot)
• stacking / docking window model (instead of floating pallettes), i.e. like in Corel Photopaint and Krita, not like in Photoshop and GIMP.
